My client said:
I try not to eat bread in my breakfast everyday. Since I am a vegetarian, I end up eating one of the following:-
- Wholewheat porridge - It takes me ten minutes to prepare porridge. Most of the time , I eat it with some milk and crushed almonds.
- Poha- I stir fry some onions, ginger and tomatoes. I even add some more vegetables like peas, beans etc. And then add flattened rice (washed well) to it. It also takes very less time to cool but is a delicious breakfast item. I even cook it for snacks sometimes.
- Whole wheat crackers with peanut butter
- Cut fruits like papaya, apples and banana
- Museli with yoghurt
- Moong sprouts with chopped onions and lime juice
- Parantha with curd- although I don't eat it often for breakfast but stuffed paranthas with curd is my favourite breakfast item.
