What are the seven meals that I can take for breakfast to avoid eating bread?

  1. Wholewheat porridge - It takes me ten minutes to prepare porridge. Most of the time , I eat it with some milk and crushed almonds.
  1. Poha- I stir fry some onions, ginger and tomatoes. I even add some more vegetables like peas, beans etc. And then add flattened rice (washed well) to it. It also takes very less time to cool but is a delicious breakfast item. I even cook it for snacks sometimes.
  1. Whole wheat crackers with peanut butter
  1. Cut fruits like papaya, apples and banana
  1. Museli with yoghurt
  1. Moong sprouts with chopped onions and lime juice
  1. Parantha with curd- although I don't eat it often for breakfast but stuffed paranthas with curd is my favourite breakfast item.
