Second, I wash my eyes with cold water ( irrespective of season , it’s cold water even if temp is 1 degree centigrade or 48 )

Then I head straight to the kitchen and cook, cook and cook.

I prepare tea , breakfast and lunch for family , pack boxes for me and kids
